Fixed Decimal Precision

Hi all,

When setting data to fixed decimal, I think I have 100% of the time changed the precision to 2 decimal places. I was working with @DataG8 and he confirmed the same.

Would it be possible to have it default to 19.2 rather 19.6? Not a big deal, but it just means you need to change it every single time you use it...

Hey @mceleavey - this seems to fall into the broad category of "Can I set my defaults for each tool that I use regularly"?

If we have the ability to configure a tool, and then say "make this my default configuration" then this would be a reusable pattern that would help with EVERY single tool.

I'm looking into writing an app that amends the XML in the config files, but I think this should be core functionality.
