Enhance "Add All Browses" feature on tools with multiple outputs

As reported in this post, I would suggest to only add new browse tools to outputs that do not have a browse tool attached already when using the "Add All Browse" feature.

We're updating the Add All Browses functionality in an upcoming release to account for this and will update this idea again once this release is available for download.
