Deselect column directly in the input

Possibility to deselect fields directly in the input (shape, csv, tab, etc).

The usual way to do this (and general best pratice) is to drop a select tool directly after the input tool and deselect the columns there.

Is the idea just to remove the need for that additional tool?

To add to the above idea, if we can change the data type as well at the input stage, that would be great !
