De-authenticate License

Allow the User to 'de-authenticate' a license so it can be installed on a new laptop.

We are overhauling licensing for 9.0, due out in March 2014.   You should be able to easily do this with that release.

You can deactivate your license key with Alteryx 9.5 by going to the License Manger and deleting the license with your serial.  You can then use your license key and email to activate your Designer on a different machine or after a reformat of the OS.
