Comment Boxes should function like MS solutions

Comment boxes should not have to be 'configured' like other tools.  After dropping a box on the canvas the user should automatically be able to begin typing to complete the box.  All modifications of text should be accomplished via a selection directly from the canvas and a right click to bring up an edit box or function similar to MS solutions.

Thanks for the suggestion. In 2016 we added the ability to double click on a comment box and edit it directly on the canvas. Additionally, when you add a comment box to the canvas, although you are configuring it in the configuration window and not on the canvas, you can immediately begin typing and the text is updated on the canvas as you type rather than after clicking off of the tool.
