Blob output to be turned off with 'Disable all tools that write output'

I have recently started using blobs, and I've noticed that when I select 'Disable all tools that write output' that the blob output is not disabled. 

Could it be included in the tools that are disabled please?

Great idea - it's always confused me why this isn't included.

Another that doesn't follow this rule is the Image Output tool from the Computer Vision tools. It'd be great if both were included in the disable option, otherwise it becomes hard to trust. 

I think the Auto Insights auto-uploader doesn't either, although it's been a while since I tested that one, it may be fixed by now.
