Append to Calgary

Functionality to append to Calgary Databases. Currently we are unioning Calgary Database to another dataset and overwriting existing Calgary database. Ability to append would cut down on data processing.

I can definitely see where this would be useful. Unfortunately, the way our indexes are currently created, it would be very difficult to append data to a cydb file without redoing all of the indexes. We have discussions about this topic periodically including the request to append to other Alteryx file types. I will update this request if anything changes.
