I just had to put an Idea in the Developer category when really it should have gone into a User Interface category.

Yes, I vote for this and/or "tools" or "designer". I've had a few ideas that don't fit in provided categories.

Thanks for the idea. Interface, Tools and Designer are all available labels to use when posting your ideas. Labels may be pared down in the future to be more in-line with our product and development teams.
