write to new data which is coming from new side

Hi All,

I have 2 same format data. ı would like to write the record which is new to target. but ı dont wanna to see the old one. as result, ı want to see the record which is coming from new data instead of existing one.

how can ı apply it?

note: there are 2 data ın the workflow which ı added below. for the datas ı added ,ı want to see the emp,desingation 005, Sr.Developer -instead of 005, Developer-

Heres a workflow that will do that for you!

I used the join too, and deselected the columns that were no longer needed!

probably u understood me very wrong. thıs ıs not the solutıon.

ı am sayıng that the new data ıs gonna be appear ın the result wındow

for example:

005 sr.developer ıs gonna be appear but old version of this data which is 005 developer be hidden.
