why i can't update new version for Alteryx, it show me below error. i don't think my ID has problem.

i @Beckyli  do you have a trial version or an active license? if you have an active license please reach out to fulfilment@alteryx.com they can sort this out for you

Thats fine please email fulfilment they will assist.

Trial users do not have any license assigned to their software.
