why are Interactive Lessons constanly down?

Hi,

 

around every 3rd time am trying to do an interactive training it either freezes or server is not available, no sound or just simply stops working. Now predictive modelling interactive lesson stopped working. -wanted to do Apps as well, they are constanly down.

 

Do you have any recommendation how to fix this? I think this makes a bad impression for Alteryx, that you cannot get your trainings right and also takes away motivation of users.

All interactive lessons down again - what a pity. It does not even start.
