where is the Python tool?

As a programmer, I wish there was a programming tab at the top so I can find anything related to programming there. 

Where is this tool?  I went through every single Transform, Parse, Computer Vision, etc.

Actually there is a developer tab, where you can find the python tool and many other tools related to programing. 

If you cant see it, make sure you checked the developer box under tools settings:

I had all of them ticked off and scrolling right or left wouldn't bring up developer until I unticked Recommended and something else to I guess make room for it.  It would be nice if a dev can check in and file a bug report.

Also why is loading so slow in the example?  It's unusable in my opinion.
