usedOutput tool error

whenever I try to run workflow, it shows output file error ("Can't open the file'). I even try to use block until done tool. But still facing the same issue. 

(I've used multiple output tool)

If you use File Explorer, can you manually re-name the file?  This will tell you if the file is locked outside of Alteryx.

Try using Control Containers.

The error message "Can't open the file" in Alteryx usually indicates that Alteryx is unable to access or write to the specified output file
also check if you have permission to write at the file path
close any open instance and also check you have given option to overwrite in output tool configuration.

Yes, I've given option to over write a file and this error pop's out for the first time since i've using alteryx more than 6 month's.
