unable to open yxmd

hi, I saved my yxmd on my sharepoint yesterday but today I am unable to open it with a below weird messages. Can you help ? I do not redo a week of work again! thank you.

Hi @yc151 , you are missing a tool that you used in your workflow, probably a macro tool that you created. You could save as .yxzp to include that tool in your packaged workflow.

My guess is that something interrupted Designer when saving your workflow. SharePoint keeps versions of files saved so maybe check to see if the previous is still good and - hopefully - has all your changes or most.

You may also check to see if your latest changes were saved by Alteryx auto-recover.

I have the same issue with an Alteryx App. can't even open it and edit.
