.txt file nulling out rows

Hi, I'm having an issue where alteryx is reading a txt file but it is nulling out some rows for no apparent reason?
See below Screenshot of TXT file beside what Alteryx is reading for it

Any advice on how to stop this would be greatly appreciated.

Try adding \n as the delimiter

May be try to use \0 as the delimiter.
