transfer data from top cell to left cell

hello! i was wondering how do i transfer the data on the blue cell to the red cell with the criteria of "Beginning year balance" on the same row found in the description column?

is there a tool/formula that can be used throughout the whole data set?

Hi @ChloeW,

What you require, can be achieved by using combination of Formula and Multi Row Formula.

1. Configure Formula tool to update Account No field with the following formula: IF [Description]="BEGINNING YEAR BALANCE" THEN [Account] ELSE "" ENDIF 

2. Configure Multi Row Formula as per below screenshot:

 Please, ignore Text Input and Select tools - they were just required so that data example worked.
