Is there a way to have a dynamic total for the summary tool?

As you can see I need a total below all the source groups which nees to by dynamic as source group can change.

See attached. I have data like in below screenshot via summary tool but I like to have the yellow summary like below.

Countries in the source group can change day by day so I need the summary whatever is showing up in that summary tool.
