stacked chart

Hi 

 I need help with making a stacked chart of the following data input 

so what I need is x axis to have 2 columns Pension check and DOB check 

Y axis to be Frequency .

the Pension check should have 2 stacks one for each field values . 

what do you all suggest?

The trick to get the Stacked effect is to create a transform in the Interactive Chart that splits Field Name by Field Value

thank you , yes somewhat , but what I want is a more distinguished difference in the pension check column say different colour or other distinction , more from formatting point of view.
