special characters error from OLE DB input data (I dont see Force SQL WChar Support)

Hi,

 

I am extracting data from MS SQL db via OLE DB option,

but they are returning special case letters as below.

I've seen similar posts where 'Force SQL WChar Support' option was recommended, but I do not see such button. Does anyone know other roundabouts to this issue?  Many thanks in advance!

This is an option for Oracle OCI, but not OleDB - unless anyone else has a better solution, I'd reach out to Support to see if they have an alternative solution.
