sort output by total but keep total row as last row

I need to have the following sort by the last column total greatest to least but I need to keep the total row at the bottom, how can I do that?

One way will be to use a Filter tool to remove the Total row, then sort the data and union the data back ensuring that the Total row will be bellow the rest of the data
