send reports to mailbox

Hi,

My purpose is to send reports to mailbox. The following workflow is good. The report looks good to me. But I have no idea why the report is sent for 23 times. How to fix it?

Since you have 23 records, it will send 23 emails! One record per email.

You can condense these by using a Table tool, and then referencing that table in your email as maybe the Body.
