sample tool "select random sample of size N"

hey everyone, i have a workflow that sends a lot of HTTP requests. so for testing, i added a sample tool. the sample tool is meant to pick a subset of HTTP requests to send... It works, but i feel like that tool is missing an option that seems rather obvious.

i can ask it to give me N rows from the top or bottom.. or i can ask it to have a 1 in 100 chance of selecting every row.... But why cant i ask it to select N random rows?

i can simulate that using the tile tool and some formulas.. but it seems like a big miss for the sample tool.. isn't it?
