run part of workflow only?

is there a way to run part of a workflow instead of the entire thing?

eg. lets say i have two workflows, one at the top and the other at the bottom, but i haven't joined them yet, but i only want, say, the bottom one running...doable? or even specific sections of that bottom workflow instead of the entire bottom workflow?

I would put the logic into two separate containers - that way you can disable the logic that you don’t want to run whenever you need to!
