is it possible to insert messages obtained from the workflow result as the body of an e-mail???

Yes it is! In the Workflow Configuration > Events, you can send an email when the workflow is complete. The example email shown includes the reference necessary to include the output log in the email body.

If the "Auto-detection" isn't working, you could manually specify the SMTP path. What email provider are you trying to use? Here's a list of common ones and their SMTP paths:

Also be aware that some of these settings may differ between the Email tool on the canvas and the Email event (above).
