replace data in [field1] if they between values from field2 and field3 but in other row

Hi all

I have following dataset with ca 3000 records and I see following problem:

I want to check if the value [Phone_IP_as_digit] in row 5 is between any entry of [Subnet start as digit] and [subnet end as digit].

If yes replace the NULLs in these fields with the found value.

I hope you can help me with this problem.
