rename/populate multiple rows with the year

Hello community,

I am new to alteryx and trying to find out how to populate multiple rows with the specific year:

The input is a locked xlsb file, that i can not change, with year displayed in merged columns :

Need to have the year appearing in each columns (first 12 columns header would be all 2021 month, the second cycle of 12 rows would be 2022 , until 2025...)

I believe i need this step to concatenate the year row and month row to have proper date header.
