remove specific words from the sentence

HI,

I am trying to find and remove the Dr. Name from the data.

MY health is great due to dr. ravi as he is great
I am struggling because of dr. kuldeep is not good

output expected :

MY health is great due to dr.  as he is great
I am struggling because of dr. is not good
