rearranging data from horizontal to vertical

hello!! please help!

im trying to use alteryx to rearrange my data but cant seem to figure it out.

so basically the columns highlighted in purple are the types of medicine while the ones in blue are the demographic details of some patients

im trying to get the medicine name to be in the same row of the various customer types when the "steady" condition is met

in the next few columns, i have more medicine types. hence i would like it to be compiled in one line.

i would like the output to be like this:

I only took medication which were labelled "steady".

Please provide relevant data to this use case, and kindly provide your criteria in as much detail as possible. If you have a workflow built halfway, kindly export that over as well.
