Not sure why am getting this error. Can someone please help me?

You need to configure an input in the Interface Designer properties setting. It's blank. Basically this tells an iterative macro which output should return to the workflow.

Like @apathetichell mentioned, make sure in the interface designer you specify which macro output tool (mine is named 'retry') to use as your iteration input. 

One important note, it should be the same schema as the original input.
