Do you mean to register as a successful W/F run, or to deliver some sort of message (warning or error) to the person running the W/F?

 

Here is one way:

Thank you! just a successful run with no messages - kind of a listener/daemon watching for a specific file to be dropped in a folder to start the workflow.
