At the top of this page, there is a link to MyAlteryx. Sign into that, and your "Account Team" should be listed on the right hand side.

As a sideline to this, if you are an in a Non-US Team of a big global company, that might have their Alteryx out of the US for instance, then there will be internal pathways that you should follow, most likely accessible through any training pathways that have been set up. I mention this, as Alteryx will only direct you back to internal for a conversation, rather than selling you the add-on in that situation.
