passing table data into word document

after data prepation in ALteryx need an output in word doc. The data contains in multiple rows and columns while sending the data in report text tool and rendering it. Here the problems the constant are geeting repeated as the data are in multiple rows and it will be dynamic , but column will remain the same

Not sure if you're using the table tool under the Reporting pallet (as in your statement you mentioned using Report Text and Render only). If you use the table tool it'll help account for the changes in the number of rows in your data, by generating an output which looks like a table.

As @grossal mentioned, it would be good to have a look at what you're doing for the time being as well.

below is the sample data which need to be in specified word document

Region	Business	Count
India	abc	2
India	reebok	5
India	nike	14
India	addidas	55
china	abc	60
china	reebok	12
china	nike	6
china	addidas	2
		156

and the output should be in below format below are the highlighted field which need to ne updated. there are 10 types of familiar commentry need to be collated in word format

There were 156 issues in which 76 were India related (2 with abc, 5 with Reebok ,14 with Nike & 55 with Addidas), 80 were China issue related (60 with abc, 12 with Reebok ,6 with Nike & 2  with Addidas)
