It doesn't allow for the number of fields. You select only one field - the Data Field. And you make sure that the data field has everything you want to show. Hopefully you have combined elements (using the Union Tool and the Layout Tool) so that all the elements you want to render are in that single Data Field.
On the other hand, the report Table Tool would allow you to select multiple fields (to include in your table). Check out the workflow I attached in the previous post, that should provide you with an example to help understand how the reporting tools work. There's also plenty of examples in Weekly Challenges.
