number splitting and vlookup

Hello, first of all i want to thank this incredible community. plenty of solutions listed here are supporting me each day! But as i am new to alteryx some of the solutions go over me...

i have a 16 digit number 1111111111111111, how do i split it to 1111-1111-1111-1111 format?

and the second question:

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP(E2,'Articles December'!$E:$E,1,0),"finished through December") how should it look in alteryx? i suppose it has to be done with find replace tool, but how it should be done, i am not sure...
