not able to download the Alteryx trial version for certification exam

I am not able to download the Alteryx free trial for core certification which I am planning in next week. Any help will be highly appreciated.

What browser you are using?

If not chrome, better swithc to Chrome.

Thanks for your reply, but facing same error, I have done following steps which are advised by support team.

1) Cleared cache

2) Used Chrome/ Firefox

but nothing worked. .
