And workflow is 2019 version
I was able to prep up a workflow for the requirement.
I am able to get the same format but seems like the average in output is not actually a average.

I have downgraded to 2019.1 can you try it.
my version is 2019. this not the output which i want. The field "2018 Average Pool Balance" is the average of "12/31/2017 Pool Balance" and "12/29/2018 Pool Balance". Further "average turn" is "2018 Issuance"/"2018 Average Pool Balance".
