.mdb import no longer pulling full table columns

Hello all,

I cannot figure out the solution to my dilemma. I created a Microsoft Access database for an inbox folder. I imported the access database using the input tool with SQL query of SELECT * FROM table. 

This morning when I created the connection I was able to import all of the table columns without issue.  Now after a few hours the import is only importing the first four columns instead of all of them. There's been no changes that I can see that I made to the import tool.  I even tried to set up a whole new database and Alteryx workflow and it's still only importing the first four columns.

Are there any thoughts on why this might have occurred?
