Hi 

I have several workflows created to send automated emails. I'm looking at finding a way to create a "master" distribution list, so that if someone on the team changes and a new email has to be added/an email address needs to be removed, the change will be recognised for multiple workflow rather than having to go into multiple workflows to change the email address manually. Is this possible?

The email tool has a feature to select the address from a field.  If you did that, you could set up a mapping file that concatenates the rows and appends to your data.  See the picture below.
