making cell Blank or Null

Hello,

 

The Data2 column of my output has '' in the cell. I tried to make it blank or null using the formula tool. But looks like it is not recognizing '' quote. Can you advise. Attached is the sample WF

Your '' is two single quote, since use two double quotes to escape.
