joining data tables with date table

Question

Hello,

I'm trying to join below three tables with date table.

1. how do i generate the date table like..2010 to 2050 in Alteryx not using the spreadsheet?

2. how can i create the desired output? is the join right way to go?

I have attached a sample data in spreadsheet.
