I have two separate spreadsheets and would like to know what tools can be used to calculate the number of times portfolio data appears in Code data.

Hi @Glenlim you would need to use a combination of the Join tool and the summarise tool to achieve the equivalent countif in excel. I mocked up one approach to demonstrate this.
