input Row ID in the data

Dear All, 

I am stuck at a point and need your help. 

I would like to  input the Row ID to the dataset 

Row id 1 starts from grade 1 till row above Grade 2 and Row id 2 starts from Grade 2 till row above Grade 3 and so on, purpose is to later split the data in multiple sheet using this Row id.

Please help me with this and many thanks in advance.
