individual email sent to 1 contact each

Please help me on the below urgently

I want to send 1 consolidated email each and every person in my organization whose name is in column D. (every LE will be sent 1 separate email), please see input file and email screenshot as an output required to be sent. Kindly share the workflow with steps here if you have a solution.
