Can someone please let me know what the command is to get Alteryx to move a column position after I have joined two spreadsheets? For example, if I want column F to now be in Column B's position?

Use a select tool, and either Right click > Drag or use the controls. It's also available in the Join.

Another way will be to define it on the Join tool itself, you can move the fields to their desired position
