Can someone please let me know what the command is to get Alteryx to move a column position after I have joined two spreadsheets? For example, if I want column F to now be in Column B's position?

Use a select tool, and either Right click > Drag or use the controls. It's also available in the Join.
@DarrenMcMahon Another way will be to define it on the Join tool itself, you can move the fields to their desired position
