how to form a NOT LIKE statement for Salesforce query

My where close works for something like this:

WHERE Field_Name__c LIKE '%substring%'

 

The problem is that I need this field to NOT contain the substring. I have not been able to make this work. 

 

Any help is appreciated.

WHERE (NOT Field__c like '%Substring%')
