how to change name in Alteryx certification

HI - i need to change the certificate name , i have already sent email to certifications@alteryx.com but no response. can someone please advise

That’s the best bet - emailing the address above. Otherwise I’d check on doing it through Credly

but why do you want to change the name? That seems like it could result in a violation of the rules

displayed name showing in certification as email id name, so i'm looking for name change

I think that’s a sensible request. It’s not changing it to someone entirely different so I think emailing is your best bet.

Just be a bit more cautious with inputting your name next time! Don’t want people thinking your name is an email address.
