how do i transfer my alteryx to another device

I got a new device and want to download it to my new device. I've already default my old device. How can I transfer my Alteryx to a new device? PLease help.

You will need to deactivate your License Key on your old device and then enter it on your new device to activate it there.

You can do this in Designer by going to Options > Manage Licenses

Make sure you have your License Key written down somewhere before deactivating it on the old device.

Just as @Laurap1228 suggested, we can transfer the license. Note that the license is per user per machine.

I have already defaulted my old device, so I can not de-active it from my old device anymore. Any other suggestion?

Hi building on this, once the software is up and running on the new device, is there any way that the "Saved Data Connections" can be transferred from the prior computer?  Thank you!

I've returned my laptop (because of some issues) in which Alteryx license was active and due to which I'm unable to deactivate my license.
