finding a specific word coming multiple times in a sentence

This formula logic of mine is taking the first word "xyzzp" it find an giving me 45 char available right side of the wrod "xyzzp".

Substring([Field1],FindString([Field1],'xyzzp')+0,45)

So you need the third occurrence of the word xyzzp and 45th word nearby it right.

If the string has only 2 occurrence how the result is expected to behave?
