extract subset of *.txt file

Can Alteryx extract a subset of an input *.txt file?  For example, if I only want "text" from "Item 7" to "Item 8" how would I do that?  Thx!

See attached *.txt file . . . we want to extract only "Item 7" and any other "7alpha" items (Item 7 begins on page 19 and Item 8 is on page 24).  The attached Word doc is what we would like as the "result."  Thank you, atcodedog05!
